Congratulations to Dongjiang Li for successfully passing the defense of his doctoral dissertation! Dongjiang Li is a 2011 PhD candidate in the research group. In 2012, he was recommended to Petter H. L. Notten Laboratory in the Netherlands for a 48-month joint training. He returned to Xiamen University for doctoral thesis defense in October this year. During his doctoral study, he was mainly engaged in the research on the aging and decay mechanism of lithium ion batteries, and conducted a doctoral study in J. Lectrochem. 5 papers have been published in professional academic journals such as Electrochimica ACTA.
On the morning of November 24, 2016, Dr. Li Dongjiang's defense report was held in Room 601, Chemistry Building, Xiamen University. The members of the Defense Committee are Prof. Yifu Yang, Prof. Peter H. L. Notten, Prof. Chunhai Jiang, Prof. Zizhong Zhu, and Prof. Ling Huang. The Chairman of the Defense Committee is Prof. Yifu Yang from Wuhan University. Li Dongjiang presented his doctoral work and research results on the topic of "Experimental and Theoretical Research on the Aging Mechanism of Lithium Ion Batteries". The experts at the meeting raised questions and exchanged views on relevant issues, and agreed that Li Dongjiang passed his doctoral defense smoothly.
